Rasheeda Edmundson is an Emotional Health Enthusiast with a zeal for helping others heal, improve and empower themselves toward greater well-being, self-care & self-advocacy. These passions peaked while studying Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University, but it was the loss of her sister and living with Anxiety-Depression, which propelled Rasheeda into a deeper study of emotional healing and self-care. Through her grief healing emerged, “Embodyou, LLC,” an emotional health, self-care & healthy lifestyle coaching business.
Rasheeda is an Overcomer of Intimate Partner abuse whom is dedicated to encouraging individuals to address their emotional health. She was inspired to create “Chill Girl,” to cater to the emotional care and fitness of Overcomers, in an effort to improve their overall health. Rasheeda grew up in South Boston, VA, and now resides in Richmond, VA. She is the proud “Great-Tee” (Aunt) to her sister’s three children, and their children! Rasheeda currently serves as the Director of Youth Peace Teams at Richmond Peace Education Center. Where she has engaged in her love for working with youth, families and communities for over 20 years.
